About Us

Handmaker’s Factory, run by Nichola Prested is a studio space in West Footscray, Melbourne empowering people to confidently create sustainably, share their knowledge and learn new skills through our creative workshops.

Alongside our workshops, we offer handcrafted DIY kits. Gift cards can be purchased through our online shop.

We also have occasional visiting artists sharing their skills in our workshops.

Many of our workshops are suitable for groups, special occasions, team-building activities, corporate events, and schools. We welcome group bookings, either in the studio or at your location, and individual enquiries either via email or through the request form that is located on each workshop listing. Don't see a date that suits you? Contact us to discuss, we may be able to arrange a date that works for you!

Payments can be made in various ways: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Paypal, Afterpay, GPay and via invoice or bank transfer if requested. 

We are happy to arrange payments through schools, councils, NDIS etc. Feel free to get in touch to discuss (contact@handmakersfactory.com.au).
