Handmaker's Factory

Friday Favourites-Lingerie

I don't know about you but I'm in desperate need of new undies. It seems out of sight means out of mind but NO MORE I say! I won't be buying my next lot of knickers and bras, I'll be making 'em! S,o here are some patterns I have my eye on. Comfy and practical but beautiful too. Just how I like them.

Grace Hipster Panties by ohlulu

I love the shape of these Grace Hipster Panties by ohlulu. The panels of lace add a hint of pretty. Check out the other patterns in their Etsy shop.

Tried & True Knickers

I have this great basic everyday knickers pattern in my pattern stash. The Tried & True Knickers pattern is available from The Maker's Journal and you can find more patterns here.

Kwik Sew Bra K3594

I picked up this basic bra pattern a few weeks back when Kwik Sew patterns were $5. Some pretty fabrics and a little lace will transform this pattern from practical to pretty.

So, Zo Singlet Vest

I like to have a few jersey singlets on hand in basic colours, not only for extra warmth during the colder months but also for those tops and dresses that need a little extra coverage in the décolletage department. This great free pattern from So,Zo....what do you know? is perfect and a great way to upcycle t-shirts too.

We're in the middle of school holidays here in Melbourne and are taking a break to spend some time with our families. We'll be back on Tuesday with more crafty delights!
