Here at Handmaker's Factory we always struggle to keep our crafting essentials neat and tidy and love it when we come across great ways to get organised. Here are a few of our favourites!
Sooz has a cheap and easy system for organising paper patterns using a shoe box, envelopes and scrap card.
Sarai shows us a great inexpensive way to organise sewing needles. This is great if you sew different fabrics and need a variety of needles to match.
Why not utilise that empty wall space above your desk and make a wall organiser?! A great way to store all those smaller tools such as knitting needles, scissors, paintbrushes and pens. Check out Design Sponge for a tutorial on how to make the organiser above.
Tangles thread bobbins is something we all struggle with right? A piece of wood, a hammer and some long nails can change all that! Check out Craptastic for a tutorial on how to make your own.
Right! Who else is organising their sewing room this weekend?!
