Friday Favourites - Pattern Making Books

This week our Friday Favourites is dedicated to two of our current favourite sewing books. These books are large and heavy and filled with so much wonderful information.

First up we have Pattern Cutting (or Pattern Making as it seems to be also titled) by Dennic Chunman Lo. A complete introduction to pattern cutting.

The book covers measurements and the understanding of fabrics and tools before moving on to basic blocks. Step by step illustrations show us how to create these blocks before moving onto more complex blocks and how to adapt  and convert existing blocks.
